Looking out of the kitchen and great room windows at the lake!  Absolutely relaxing.  Homeowner wanted large windows to view the lake water so that is what he got!!

House plans from a napkin!

Here's some stuff we've been working on at Smith Mountain Lake!  Hanging out with the homeowner and the ideas started coming fast and furious- next thing you know we're scribbling all over our napkins!  The result is what you see below...not bad, huh?!?! Everything that was done on this house was customized from start to finish.
